## Account and profile

  <Accordion title="How do I change my email address?">
    Go to **My Profile** and edit the email field. The change is applied immediately, with no need to verify it.

  <Accordion title="Can I have two accounts?">
    It's not recommended: each account should correspond to a single person. Keep in mind that the platform does not automatically validate that the same identity document isn't repeated across different accounts, so avoid creating more than one.

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my account?">
    There is currently no self-service option to delete your account from the platform. Contact support to request it.

## Registrations

  <Accordion title="Can I register another person using my account?">
    Yes, but each registration must record the participant's correct information. Don't use your own information to register someone else.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I change my t-shirt size after registering?">
    It depends on the organizer. Go to the registration and look for the **Edit** option. If it's not available, contact the organizer.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I transfer my registration?">
    Yes, when the organizer allows it. The option will appear in **My Events**.

## Payments

  <Accordion title="I paid but my registration is still 'pending'">
    Some card payments take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed. If the payment isn't accepted, contact your card's issuing bank. If the problem persists, contact support with your proof of payment.

  <Accordion title="Can I pay in installments?">
    It depends on the payment method and the bank. Credit cards usually allow deferring payment into installments.

## Event and results

  <Accordion title="When is my bib number assigned?">
    There is no fixed date: the organizer assigns bib numbers manually whenever they decide. You will not receive an automatic notification; check with the organizer or review your registration closer to the event date.

  <Accordion title="Where can I see my race results?">
    That information is managed directly by the organizer; contact them if you need to know your result, while we keep working on enabling a results screen for athletes.
