# Introduction for Club Administrators

> What the club portal is, what you can do in it, and the complete flow from registering your athletes to paying.

The **club portal** (`/dashboard-club`) lets a **Club Administrator** register a club's athletes for an organization's events in one go, and pay **everything in a single charge**, by card or by bank transfer.

Instead of asking each athlete to register on their own, you upload the full list (by hand or with an Excel file), review the total, and pay once.

## What you can do

* **Register athletes** for the open events of your club's organization, one by one or with a **bulk Excel upload**.
* **Apply discounts**: a manual code plus automatic bonuses (per turn or per country).
* **Pay** by card (Redsys or Stripe) or, if the organization enabled it, **by bank transfer**.
* **Resume or cancel** unpaid orders without losing the data you entered.
* **Review your orders**, edit an athlete's data, **export the roster** as Excel and **download the receipt**.
* **Manage who else can run the club** (if you have that permission).

## The flow at a glance

    Before paying you see the purchase summary and can apply a discount code. Automatic bonuses apply on their own.

## Who does what

| **Club Administrator**      | Registers athletes, applies discounts and pays; manages their own orders.                                                                                                                                                      |

| **Platform (Rocky Global)** | Processes card payments and loads each organization's **bank details**, which enable transfers.                                                                                                                                |

  You only see and manage **your own club**. No screen shows another club's orders or athletes, and every order is checked against the club it belongs to.
