# Real-time monitoring

> Track operational indicators during the critical days of the event.

## Live event mode

During the day of the event (or the days before kit delivery) the supervisor can activate **live mode**, which automatically refreshes key indicators.

## Live indicators

  </Card>

  <Card title="Last-hour registrations" icon="clock">

  <Card title="Results uploaded" icon="stopwatch">

</CardGroup>

## Operational alerts

The system can trigger alerts when:

* A kit pickup point has a line longer than X minutes.
* A percentage of athletes have not picked up their kit X hours before closing.
* A timing chip is not registering reads.
* An organizer reports a critical incident.

## Coordination with the organizer

From the panel you can:

* Open a direct chat with the organizer.
* Escalate incidents to the Rocky Global team.
* Approve operational exceptions in real time (for example, allowing a last-minute category change).

<Tip>
  Before the event, coordinate a **readiness meeting** with the organizer to agree on alert thresholds and priority communication channels.
