The club dashboard

At /dashboard-club you see one card per club you administer, with its name, its detail and the number of active administrators. Each card offers up to three actions, depending on your permissions: Club dashboard with the club card and its options: Register athletes, My orders and Administrators If your account doesn’t administer any club yet, the dashboard says so. Ask the organizer or another administrator to invite you. See Access and permissions.

Available events

Register athletes lists the events where your club can register people. List of events available for the club to register athletes Only events that meet all of these conditions appear:
  • They belong to your club’s organization. Legacy clubs that don’t have an organization assigned yet see every open event until one is assigned.
  • They are active.
  • They have not ended: upcoming and ongoing events are shown.
Events are sorted by start date and the list shows up to 100.
A club can only register athletes for events of its own organization. If someone opens the form of an event from another organization by URL, the system answers as if it didn’t exist.
