/dashboard-club) lets a Club Administrator register a club’s athletes for an organization’s events in one go, and pay everything in a single charge, by card or by bank transfer.
Instead of asking each athlete to register on their own, you upload the full list (by hand or with an Excel file), review the total, and pay once.
What you can do
- Register athletes for the open events of your club’s organization, one by one or with a bulk Excel upload.
- Apply discounts: a manual code plus automatic bonuses (per turn or per country).
- Pay by card (Redsys or Stripe) or, if the organization enabled it, by bank transfer.
- Resume or cancel unpaid orders without losing the data you entered.
- Review your orders, edit an athlete’s data, export the roster as Excel and download the receipt.
- Manage who else can run the club (if you have that permission).

Open the club dashboard
Go to
/dashboard-club with your account. You see the clubs you administer. See Access and permissions.2
Pick the event
Open Register athletes and choose an open event. See Club dashboard and events.

Load your athletes
Choose the rate and add each person with the manual form, or upload a file with the Excel import. See Registering athletes.

Review and apply discounts
Before paying you see the purchase summary and can apply a discount code. Automatic bonuses apply on their own.

Pay
Pay by card or choose bank transfer. The whole order is charged at once. See Payments.

Who does what
You only see and manage your own club. No screen shows another club’s orders or athletes, and every order is checked against the club it belongs to.
